Let’s talk about the power of performative behavior.
Have you ever found yourself changing your behavior just to belong? Aligning with others’ expectations to keep the peace or fit in?
While it’s sometimes appropriate to go with the flow, there are moments when this kind of behavior starts to work against us—especially when:
You’re compromising values that are true to your beliefs.
You hurt or offend others to stay accepted.
You begin hiding your truth just to maintain connection.
True community allows us to be fully ourselves—no masks, no filters. That’s where real growth happens.
Question to reflect on:
Am I surrounded by people who accept me as I am? If not, what changes do I need to intentionally make?
As someone who has spent the last 11 years building community through Socality, I can assure you of a few things. Creating spaces where people belong simply because they exist is the most powerful thing you can do to cultivate community.
When you place conditions on people based on their skills, belief system or their social status you limit the power of sincere connection and authenticity. These atmospheres lead to transformative growth in people in their own time.
If you are looking for community, I encourage to seek out spaces where you can flourish.
If you are building community, creating spaces where people belong before they behave is the key to cultivating sincere and authentic relationships.

90 Day Fitness Transformation
Along my fitness journey there were many things that led to my success, but ONE key thing was to hit my protein goal everyday.
Protein = Power
Here’s the truth: If you want to feel energized, strong, and lean—you need to hit your daily protein goal. This ensure weight loss and muscle growth.
A general rule? 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. For example, if you weigh 150 pounds, you want 150 grams of protein everyday! And you need to hit this daily. Do this for 3 months and watch your body change.
But here’s the catch:
You have to be intentional. A chicken breast and a couple eggs won’t cut it.
Tip:
Bookend your day with protein shakes—30g in the morning, 30g at night. That’s 60g right there.
Here is a sample of my daily intake:
1 Cup Oatmeal + 1 scoop protein
3 eggs
6 oz Chicken breast
6 oz Sirloin Steak ( cut the fat off)
6 oz turkey meatballs
1 cup Greek yogurt + 1 scoop protein + berries
Cheat code:
Protein Waffles
1 cup Kodiak Cake mix
1 scoop protein powder
1 cup egg whites
Per waffle:
Calories: 346 | Protein: 48g | Carbs: 46g | Fat: 5g

I’ve been on Instagram since 2011. A lot has changed—and here’s the truth: Social media isn’t really social anymore. If you are wondering how you can grow in 2025 you need to start seeing yourself as the content. Here is a fresh approach to those apps we love.
It’s a streaming platform.
People are watching Instagram and Tik Tok the same way they watch Netflix—scrolling for content that entertains, teaches, or inspires.
Things to consider:
Are you creating content that’s entertaining, shareable, and valuable? If not, you may be missing how content is actually being consumed and distributed today.
Whether it be your hot take on issue, sharing a road trip or giving reviews, you can show up each day and bring value! Take advantage of these platforms and tools you have been given.
